Victorian Gold Filled Buckle Slide Bracelet, Large

Update Sold. This lovely bracelet is in excellent condition! The buckle motif was very popular throughout the Victorian era. This bracelet is circa 1860 and is heavy gold fill. Early gold fill has a much heavier gold covering than modern gold fill. This slide bracelet features fine engraving and a mechanism which you squeeze to allow adjustment. This bracelet is a larger size and would be beast for an average to larger size wrist.
